The Spanish term 'fresa/fresita' literally translates to 'strawberry/small strawberry. It's also a slang term for someone that's overindulged, or a bit bratty. We feel like it goes beyond that—it means being authentically you, free from fear of judgement. To us, being Fresa is having the courage to let your true self sparkle.
Shipping Policy
Fresa Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for any stolen, lost, or missing packages after they have been shipped out. Processing times are estimated at 2-5 business days and should be taken into consideration when estimating delivery date. Questions concerning shipment, shipping carriers, or orders should be directed to our customer service team at Info@FresaCosmetics.com

 It is critical that you provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. If you spot an error prior to shipping, please contact Info@FresaCosmetics.com in order to correct it. Include all required address details, such as suite, unit and apartment numbers if applicable.

Fresa Cosmetics disclaims any responsibility for incorrect address data provided during checkout. If a package is returned, you will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address. Alternatively, you can opt for a refund minus the original shipping and transaction fees. Additionally, orders above $80 must be signed by the recipient.

For any USPS deliveries not received after being marked as delivered, please allow up to 24 hours before contacting the local post office. After this period, if the package is still missing, please contact USPS for help. Refunds cannot be issued for packages marked as delivered.


Refund Policy

No item refunds or exchanges are possible once items have been packaged, a shipping label has been printed, or items have been sent out. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt and no replacements or reimbursements can be issued after seven days of delivery.

Exceptions may be granted at the discretion of Fresa Cosmetics.
